Intermediate Service — Full Board Application Preparation

Full preparation of an NYC co-op or condo board application from start to submission. I organize and present all required financials, supporting documentation, and board forms in a clear, board-ready format designed to minimize follow-up questions and delays.

This service is best suited for straightforward applications involving salaried income, standard assets, and typical financing, without trusts, complex compensation structures, or international components.

Payment terms: $500 deposit due at booking. Total service fee is $1,250. The remaining $750 is due prior to submission of the completed board package.
